Thank you for shopping at Tech Lamps AUS. We supply specialized lighting components and industrial fixtures. To maintain competitive pricing and prevent inventory loss, please review our return guidelines below.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a strict 30-day return policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a formal return request. Items sent back to us without a prior approved return request will not be accepted.
30% Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
- Restocking Fee: All approved change-of-mind, incorrect choice, or buyer's remorse returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted directly from your final refund amount to cover diagnostic testing, technical evaluation, and warehouse processing.
- Return Shipping: Customers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and return postage costs are strictly non-refundable.
Condition of Items
To qualify for a partial refund (minus the 30% restocking fee), returned items must be:
- Completely unused, unaltered, and uninstalled.
- Sealed inside their original, undamaged packaging with all technical documentation and manuals intact.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
If a technical lamp or component arrives broken, defective, or if we shipped the incorrect SKU, please notify us immediately at sales@techlamps.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. In these instances, we will issue a replacement or full refund, and no restocking fees or return shipping charges will apply.
